We have a wide range of sizes for butter churners starting from 80 kg which can go up to 5000 kg , our butter churner are electrically operated with variable frequency drive and is made of SS304 with switches and vdf generally of delta or snider make , our butter churner is front and reverse circulating machine which is churner by moving both sides and has a VDF controller for 0 rpm to 100 rpm . our stand is made of heavy mild steal and the control panel has adjustable speed .
Butter in our churner is filler upto half of the barrel capacity and water is mixed in order to get the better end result , it is easily operated and doesn’t need any formal training , the barrel hole is tightly sealed with silicon rubber so that there is no leakage and wastage of the product
our butter churner has two outlet for excess water drainage and main hole for product removal
