The two most commonly used variants are
1 Automatic :
This system consist of sturdy mild steel structure duly painted, fitted with motorized Geneva mechanism with Multi cavity Rotary table , Automatic Cup Placing and volumetric type curd filler with cup sensor, Automatic Foil Placing, Cup Sealing, Cup Ejecting system all are synchronized and automated. All necessary injection contact parts are in stainless steel SS 304 grade material
- Power supply : 3 Phase , 440 VAC ,
- Power load : 1.5 K W ,
3.Required air pressure : 5 Kg cm2 to 6 Kg cm2,
- Filling Ranges : 200 ml to 500ml ( Cup Diameter should be similar dimension ),
5.Production capacity : 750 to 900 / 1500 to 1800 Cups/Hour approximately.
2 Semi auto :
This system consist of sturdy mild steel structure duly painted , fitted with motorized Geneva mechanism with Multi cavity rotary table , Pneumatically operated Cup with Foil Sealer, Volumetric type curd filler with cup sensor, Cup Ejecting system all are synchronized and automated. All necessary injection contact parts are in stainless steel SS 304 grade material. Cup placing , Foil placing are manual .

3.Required air pressure : 5 Kg cm2 to 6 Kg cm2,
- Filling Ranges : 200 ml to 500ml ( Cup Diameter should be similar dimension ),
